Fresh Raspberries

My mom remembered serving fresh raspberries with this simple combination!

YUM!

Mix together some sour cream and brown sugar.
Stir well.
Spoon over individual servings of raspberries.

This is a very tasty dessert!

Momma's Easy "Cheesecake" Pie

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice

Mix together and pour into a graham cracker crust.
Chill.
Top with cherry pie filling.

Heavy Cream Substitue

3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter

Found this on a note and thought it would be a good recipe to add since I don't always have cream in the refrigerator when baking.

Lemon Cream

2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
4 tablespoons confectioner's sugar

In large bowl, beat heavy cream to soft peaks using electric mixer. Add lemon juice, grated lemon and sugar. Beat cream mixture until stiff peaks form. Top your favorite holiday treats, cakes, and  toddies with lemon cream, then enjoy.

Raspberry Almond Scones

2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cold butter
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

A Glaze(?)
1 cup powdered sugar
4 teaspoons water
1/4 cup raspberry preserves 
1/4 cup chopped almonds
